What this is

Your Personal Trainer

MOREKEEN is a 1-1 online coaching service run by me, JaiJai. I handle everything except picking up the fork (and dumbbells) for you. Personalised training and nutrition designed for you and your goals.

Who this is for

Physique Improvement

If you want your body to look better in your own eyes.

Fat loss

If you've ever tried to lose weight and felt unsure on how best to do it, NO LONGER!

Strength Gains

Getting stronger just makes life that much easier, and if you're an older adult, this is as close to 'essential' as it gets. A high Strength x Body-Weight ratio is HIGHLY predictive of life quality AND life-span.

Health Outcomes

The BEST quality sleep of your life. Improved focus and reasoning. Significantly reduced injury risk and joint pain. MASSIVELY shrink your chance of chronic disease. AND no more heavy breathing from walking up the stairs.

How it works

Three steps, then we're training.

Your program, check-ins, and progress all live in the MOREKEEN app, with WhatsApp for quick questions and a video call every 2 weeks. A structured on-ramp means you never feel lost or overwhelmed.

01

You apply

A short form about your goals, your schedule and what you've got to train with. I read all of these.

02

I build your plan

Training, nutrition, and healthy habits written for you, around your schedule.

03

We adjust weekly

You tell me how it went, we talk it through, and next week gets updated

Limited offer - hear me out

You don't pay me.
You pay a charity.

Straight up: MOREKEEN is new. I've been in this space for years and I've coached friends and family through it. Now I'm going public, and I want success stories from strangers, so let's make it happen.

Not a cent comes to me. You donate the amount to one of my 3 chosen charities, or a registered Australian charity you nominate, instead. The client experience is smooth high quality and professional coaching. It's the price that's limited, not the service.

Apply for a spot

Takes about 5 minutes. No payment details required.

The guarantee

I reply within 24 hours, or your week is free

Miss that window on any question and I'll add a week to your program at no cost.

No lock-in, cancel any time

Walk away whenever you like. You donate one month at a time, so you never pay for coaching you don't get.

What I ask in return

This is the trade. It's the only thing I get out of it.

  • 01 Honest feedback each week. A couple of minutes on what's working and what isn't. It's how I get better at this.
  • 02 Proof of the donation. The charity's receipt plus a screenshot of the thank-you screen, so it's verifiable.
  • 03 A testimonial at the end. An honest write-up of your experience, and progress photos if you're comfortable.
  • 04 One social post. Shout out the cause you picked and the progress you've made.

Why a donation and not just free?

Because free coaching doesn't work, and I've watched it not work before.

When something costs you nothing, it subconsciously holds less value to you. Putting money down gives you 'buy-in', and buy-in helps to keep you going long enough for your hard work to turn into seamless habits which shape your future (including your body).

Even when no money comes to me, it makes the difference between someone who rockets through twelve weeks of training and someone who disappears in week three

This is a win win win. I get feedback, a good cause gets funding, and you get closer to the body you want.

Why it hasn't worked so far

You're not lazy.
The plan was wrong.

Most programs are written for a perfect week. Nobody gets perfect weeks. Work runs late, someone gets sick, you travel, and the plan has no answer for any of it.

01

Built for a week you never have

Five sessions, perfect sleep, every meal prepped. Real life has deadlines and sick kids in it. A plan that can't absorb that was always going to break.

02

The all or nothing reset

You miss a week, so you write the month off and promise to start again Monday. That cycle has probably cost you more years than any bad program ever did.

03

Effort that pulls against itself

Training, food and recovery all being managed separately. One week you chase strength, the next you slash calories. The inputs fight each other and nothing compounds.

04

Consistent, and going nowhere

Same lifts, same weights, same runs, two years running. You're fit enough and you show up. You just don't look or perform any different than you did in 2024.

05

Hours lost to guesswork

Reading conflicting advice, rewriting your own program, wondering if any of it is right. That's time you could spend training, or not thinking about training at all.

06

A coach who went quiet

You paid for support and got a spreadsheet. Questions sat unanswered for days, check-ins came back as a thumbs up, and the program never changed.

The difference

Ask at 9pm.
Answered by morning.

I work with a small number of people at once, which means each person gets real attention from me rather than a slice of it. Send a form check, a question about dinner, a session you couldn't get to, and you'll get a proper answer back.

Every question answered within 24 hours
Usually much faster. It's a written guarantee, not a nice promise.
A call every 2 weeks to go through it
We talk about how the last two weeks went and what's changing next. Want more? Add an optional weekly call, 10 to 45 minutes, whatever suits you.
Weekly check-ins that update the program
You report, I adjust. Next week looks different because of what you told me.

What's included

No crappy Google Sheets.

No fluff, no upsells. Here's exactly what you get.

Programming built around your life

I design the plan around your schedule, the equipment you have, and the real world disruptions that will inevitably come up. Work events, holidays, kids, all of it gets planned for.

Nutrition guidance, not meal plans

You'll get clear targets and learn to hit them with food you already eat. Some things will shift along the way, and we'll work out those swaps together rather than handing you a list of six meals.

Home gym setup advice

If you train at home, I'll tell you what's worth buying and in what order. Just as usefully, I'll tell you what you can skip entirely.

Clear communication

Direct message access to me, with a 24 hour reply guarantee in writing. You'll always know what's happening, why it changed, and what you're doing next.

Weekly check-ins that update the program

Every week we look at what actually happened, then next week gets adjusted off the back of it. That's the part that makes it coaching.

See your progress

Lifts, measurements and photos tracked properly, so "am I making progress?" turns into "oh shit, I am making progress".

What you've got, what we build on What you don't need
Train anywhere

A garage and two
dumbbells is enough.

Plenty of coaches quietly assume you've got a full commercial gym. Your plan gets built on what's actually in your garage, and the machines you don't own stop mattering.

If you want to add to your setup later, I'll tell you what's worth the money next for your goals and your budget.

  • Written for limited equipment from the start, never a gym plan with substitutions pencilled in
  • Buy-next recommendations in priority order, with rough prices
  • Layout advice for small garages, spare rooms and balconies

Hi, I'm JaiJai.

[example, replace with your real story] I've spent years in this space, first sorting out my own training and then doing it for friends and family. MOREKEEN is me taking that public.

[example] Every program on this site is written by me personally, one to one. There's no team behind this and nothing gets handed off.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Hover or tap any question to open it. If yours isn't here, send it through and I'll answer it properly.

Ask me directly

Yes, and a single pair of dumbbells is plenty to start with. Tell me what you've got on the application form.

No, and that's deliberate. Prescribed meal plans have a terrible track record. People follow them for two weeks, then quit and feel like they failed. What you get instead is clear targets, a way to hit them with food you actually like, and a plan for the pub, the work lunch and the weekend.

Written for you, by me. It's based on your training history, your equipment, how many days a week you can realistically train, any injuries, and what you're actually after. Then it changes every week based on what you report back.

MOREKEEN is new and I'm building my first set of results from people I didn't already know. Charging full price before I can show you those didn't sit right. Giving it away free doesn't work either, because when something costs nothing it subconsciously holds no value. A donation solves both. You've made a real commitment, and none of the money comes to me.

Pick one of my 3 chosen charities (the Australian Cancer Research Foundation, Children's Cancer Institute, or the National Breast Cancer Foundation), or nominate any registered Australian charity that means something to you. We check it on the ACNC register together on your kickoff call. All I need is the receipt and a screenshot of the thank-you screen, and the money never passes through me.

Beginners usually get the fastest results. You'll start with a small number of movements and build from there, and I'll check your form on video before bad habits set in.

Check with your doctor first on whether it's safe for you to train in this capacity. I'm not a medical professional and I won't pretend otherwise. Once you've got the all clear, tell me what the limitations are and I'll build the program around them.

Once a week you send a rough summary of how it went. How the sessions felt, how food and sleep were, body weight if that's part of your goal, plus photos if you're tracking those. Then we jump on a call, I'll go over your program briefly and update you on what's being modified. Ten to twenty minutes, and you don't need to have kept perfect records.

Then we find out why, because the tracking tells us. It's often one of a few things like poor sleep, high stress at work, or training volume that's too high. A flat week is normal. A flat month means something needs changing, and we'll change it.

MOREKEEN is online only. Form checks happen over video, which has one underrated advantage. You can rewatch my notes against your own footage whenever you like, instead of trying to remember what someone said to you mid-set.

You can carry on, though this specific offer may no longer be available by then. You can also take what you've learned and run with it, and you'll finish with a maintenance plan either way. There's no auto-renewal and no lock-in contract. If you keep going it'll be because you want to.
